Custom Parental Control
This feature enables you to "lock" mature-content discs with a four digit code, even if the discs don't carry an MPAA rating. There's memory for up to 50 discs, and the memory will persist even after a power outage. You can set the playback restrictions so that the player will not play inappropriate discs with Custom Parental Control, or use regular Parental Control, to limit the playback of some DVDs based on a predetermined level, such as the age of the users. When Parental Control is activated, a scene that is limited is not played or is replaced by a different scene.
